Why Red River Paddle? Being a relatively new store (established in 2015) we wanted to bring our own flavour of what an online SUP store should be. Our focus is in 3 main areas:
Customer Service. We like to sum up our customer service as '6-star customer service'. It means striving to bring the knowledge and information to the customer before, during and after the sale. Including questions asked while you are researching or after you have made the purchase, tracking numbers, follow-up to see how your board is doing and, if there are any issues, helping to resolve them.
Adding Value. Buying a board is an investment, so it's nice when that investment includes things you will need to get out on the water, such as a paddle and leash. It is why we made the decision to include a free Aluminum 3 piece paddle and free SUP leash with every new board purchase. And because our website is accessed all across Canada, we provide free shipping on all of our boards anywhere in Canada (usually within 3 to 5 business days to most major cities). We have shipped from the coast of BC to PEI and as far North as the Yukon. When you add our before and after customer service, you can rest easy in your new investment.
- Passion. We started Red River Paddle because we fell in love with stand-up paddleboarding. Moreover, we knew that because Canada is home to some amazing waterways, we could not keep this to ourselves and wanted everyone to explore our great country. We take this passion with us when we work with our customers and suppliers, when we find new products and when we hear about your adventures (or even start one or two of our own ;)
