The rigidity of the nylon blade combined with the flexibility of the hybrid shaft (carbon and fibreglass) gives this paddle durability with a lightweight feel.  The Hybrid Tough is a great choice to paddle rivers and other shallow paddling.

The Hybrid Tough features Interference Fit Hardware, all paddles are now composed of non-glued components meaning every piece of your paddle is both replaceable and recyclable.  The paddle also uses Red Paddle's Bungee Connection System, designed to keep blade and mid section connected together for convenience and easy set up. It’s simple to use, making this three piece paddles very easy to assemble (yet is removable if you'd prefer).
